DELIVERY FAQWe process most picture mount orders same or next day, many orders are shipped next working day (Mondays to Fridays). We send by recorded delivery if the order is small, which can take 1-3 days, and FedEx if it's over around £40 which is usually 24/48 hours. You should allow a day or two to receive your order after we have packed and shipped it. At busy times it can be 1-4 working days, but don't hesitate to contact us if it is urgent, we always do our best to help out.
"Working days", for the purposes of delivery and processing orders are Monday to Friday, and exclude public holidays (Bank holidays etc).
It's based on the order value. Orders up to £5 delivery charge is a flat rate 3.95, up to £25 5.95 up to £50 = 7.95 up to £125 = 9.95 Over £125 = Free UK delivery.
England, Wales and much of Scotland are delivered by FedEx. Smaller orders, Highlands and Islands are post or Parcelforce 24/48, or signed for recorded delivery. We have a daily FedEx collection, and daily postal shipping. If any parcel or delivery is damaged, let us know right away so that we can put it right!
